I have an electric Peugeot which I got in November. I have always charged my car at home. Last Monday I travelled to Musgrave Park Hospital for treatment @ 3.30pm. I estimated I had enough miles to cover the return journey unfortunately I have learnt since how an electric car works and the impact on the mileage. Tried to charge car at hospital but both chargers were in use. Drove to Applegreen at Mallusk, it was raining and very windy, and couldnt get charger to work with App I had tried numerous times with 2different cards which kept coming up with Error. I phoned Damian at Hallidays in Bushmills who referred me on to Kieran who had used charging point at Mallusk. He talked me through process but with same error message. He said Stay there, go inside and get warmed up, Im on my way. I cant tell you the relief I felt.I was cold wet and exhausted. Kieran arrived, we tried everything again to be met up same error code. We went into the building to get WiFi, still no luck Kieran eventually got App set up by using his IT knowledge. He went back to car got all set up and charging, came back in , got us coffees and chatted with me until 8pm. I have always purchased my cars from Damien and have since met many of the staff. Recently I met James and now know Kieran, my knight in shining armour. I know hell find that hilarious!😆 I have always found all staff in all departments to be very friendly, courteous and professional. If I could give them 100 🌟 i would. I can confidently say Kieran went the extra mile with encouragement from his colleagues. MANY MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL👏👏👏

Michael was brilliant - very knowledgeable about all the cars - picked a car that suited me perfectly, not pushy at all and had loads of time for me. Made the experience very easy.

Worst aftercare service I've ever experienced!!!! No problems buying the car but that's where the customer service ended.......I could outline numerous problems but to outline a few 1. Bought my newest car ever, few fine scratches on roof and bonnet that halidays promised to sort out but after months of ringing and a couple of visits to the showroom itself, I finally gave up !! 2. Paid for a full service, headed to England a few months later where I ended up having to get AA roadside assistance, turned out there was no water in my car (bearing in mind it's only a few years old and had just had a service) ...on my return home, took it to halidays who charged me 75 to look at it but do nothing!!! 3. Indicator light stopped working, got new bulb but still wouldn't work, went to halidays who said bulb was dirty (even though I watched a brand new one being fitted) so they put a new bulb in (a bulb is under a 5) and gave me a bill for 98.24 !!! It's very easy to make a sale and take the money but if the aftercare and customer service isn't there then there's no confidence to return so needless to say, I will never use halidays again!!!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. If you have a mobility car stay clear. Worse customer service I have ever came across. Dont answer phones hang up your calls instead of answering and when they do they expect the disabled driver their disabled son and three other young children to swap cars all while you have your 4 kids and need help moving the pram the wheelchair and 4 car seats over my youngest is 18 m my eldest 10 with asd my 5 yo is in a wheelchair and Ive a 4 year old to run about while i struggle myself to do it all while also trying to watching my kids when i explain the insurance company told me they would bring it back to me and the man who is ment to be the manager laughed and hung up on me

I took my car in after it developed a problem with the locking mechanism on one of the doors during the trip across from England. I was only in the area for a few days but Alister was great in identifying the issue, and getting the new part ordered and fitted in the limited time I was there. Thank you to Alister and the team for their efforts. Great customer service.

Wouldn't do business with these cowboys. Both Jamie Stratton and Damien O'Kane are cowardly liars who messed me about for over a month when I was trying to buy a used Peugeot 508 [AYZ 8240]. The car ended up being riddled with issues and faults which kept delaying the handover. In the end I walked away from the sale. Good luck to anyone buying that particular car, or anyone doing any business with these clowns. Lexy is clearly running a circus in Bushmills these days. AVOID!

Absolutely disgraceful garage seen the car on two wet days before handover day told car witch is 508 top condition never hit, well collection day come Saturday 13/1/24 car had one of the worst paint job cover ups on bk panel not even leveled in clips on inner boot missing witch means dampness in car were had been trying to cover up paint starting to bubble on panel and inner door sills will more less the car is a damage repair never told so obvious on collection no safety checks not carried out as told car had been serviced and checked obviously not Feel like they have taken the hand out of me so needs to be big change on Monday before walk away no other place would charge so much for a car that looked like something when shined up out of a bk street paint job. Stain on passenger set also only after being cleaned to sell. So told lies start to finish. Stay clear.
